Further Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the photographs.

Furthermore included in this new photograph disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had created development schemes to develop the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.

This development map is covered in red pen markings and features a key labelling different areas of the property.

Accompanying this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as designs for boat shelters.

More materials released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
